How to transfer balance on Ncell

Both official language pages publish a USSD. They do not publish the same SIM-age, maximum, or fee. This page shows both. The live USSD or App reply is what applies to that attempt.

Prepaid to prepaid, dial

App

Ncell also documents a Balance Transfer feature in the Ncell App. Use it if you want the network to show the limit that applies to your SIM instead of picking a language version yourself.

What this page will not do

It will not average Rs. 500 and Rs. 200 into one “up to” figure, hide the 15-day vs 90-day clash, or describe a transfer to NTC.

Questions this page actually answers

Which maximum is correct?

Both figures are currently on Ncell’s own site. This page will not choose. Confirm in the App or from the USSD response.

Can I transfer to NTC?

No. Official eligibility is Ncell prepaid to Ncell prepaid.

When can a new SIM use this?

English page: 90 days. Nepali page: 15 days. Treat that as unresolved until Ncell aligns the two pages.
