How to check NTC balance and data
Main rupees and remaining data are different official checks. Do not treat *400# as the data-pack answer.

It will not collapse main balance and data into one code, or copy extra USSD from third-party roundups.

Why is data not in the *400# reply?
NTC publishes a separate package/data code. Combining them into one “the code is *400#” sentence would misstate the official list.
Does this apply to postpaid?
The short-code page lists *400# under mobile service without a prepaid-only footnote. If a postpaid account behaves differently, use the App or 1498 rather than a guessed extra code.
